Complaint Compliance with the Housing Ombudsman’s Code

Each year Landlords are required to self asses themselves against the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code.

The Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code sets out how landlords must handle complaints. The self-Assessment is done by the landlord and asks them a series of questions and they must be able to demonstrate they comply with the requirements, Hilldale are happy to advise that we are compliant with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code and you can find the detailed assessment below.
