We are committed to maximising value for money (VFM) within strategic decisions and service provision to tenants. Our 3-year strategy will provide efficiency | transparency | accountability with a focus on embedding and driving continuous improvements in VFM across all areas of the association.
Our strategy considers our financial responsibilities as well as the actions we will take to improve VFM and deliver long term benefits to Hilldale and our tenants.
Annual Position Statement
Over the next three years, we will create an annual position statement which informs you how we are performing against our targets and provides a comparison against similar registered providers.
