We understand that sometimes when you report something you may just want to understand the next steps, we have included here a process flow for what happens once Damp and Mould is reported.

How to report

We recommend reporting damp and mould by calling us on 01257 367374.  

Alternatively, you can email us at Repairs@hilldale.org.uk or use the contact us form on our website. Please remember to include your contact details and address. We aim to respond to all emails and website contact within 1 working day.

    Whilst we have a timeframe for completing repairs, is there a concern or risk (to the tenant or others) that we need to know about that means we need to carry out the repair sooner?
