We believe that effective customer engagement is key to understanding how we can improve the experience of living in our homes.
We aim to ensure that all our Tenants can give us feedback and can influence the services they receive from us. We believe the best way to build trust with our Tenants is to be honest, transparent and open to feedback on the services we deliver. The aim of our Tenant Voice Panel is to create that open feedback and let those who live in a Hilldale Home have a more involved role, by meeting with Hilldale staff and board to discuss the services.

The feedback forum was launched at the start of 2023 with the aim to strengthen the communication with our Care Providers, family members and advocates. The Forum is held online via Microsoft teams and allows for everyone in all areas to meet with Hilldale staff for informative updates and for them to provide their feedback and consultation on our services and policies.
