Welcome to Hilldale HA

The sole purpose of our existence is to provide high quality housing to people who need additional support. We only provide homes for people who need help to live more independently, in their own home, in their own community and who would otherwise have difficulty finding a home elsewhere. We offer homes for life, or for as long as tenants need and want our services.

Report a Repair

For out of hours emergencies, (only for repairs that are a risk to health or safety, or if left until the following morning would cause further damage to the property), it is still the same number. Our on-call team will deal with any repairs that cannot wait until the following day. Please do not email emergency repair requests to us, as they will not be read or responded to until the next normal working day.

Our performance highlights

The Regulator of Social Housing announced in September 2022 that landlords from April 2023 will be expected to survey their tenants on how satisfied they are with the service provided by their landlord. This is a set of 12 questions we ask and we must collate this data and report the findings by summer 2024. We will be working closely with our Housing Officers and tenants to capture this over the next year.
