Hilldale 2024/25 Tenant Satisfaction Results

Hilldale’s Annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures are published on our website, alongside a summary of our approach. Our Performance and Satisfaction – Hilldale Housing Association

At Hilldale, we are constantly striving to improve the services to our tenants and we have made progress in 11 of the 12 satisfaction metrics.

We have also focused on our tenants safety and on a regular basis, achieve 100% compliance across Gas, Fire, Asbestos, Water and Lifts.

Underpinning our service improvements, is our tenant feedback which is gathered from the Tenant Voice Panel members, Tenant Satisfaction Measures, Complaints and Satisfaction Surveys.

In the coming months, we will begin to survey our tenants for the 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures and aim to use the insight gathered alongside our tenants characteristics to continuously improve our services.
