As a Registered Provider of Social Housing, we complete an annual survey of our tenants satisfaction. The survey is called ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ and the questions asked are specified by our Regulator of Social Housing.
From June 2023, we attempted to complete a survey with each of our existing tenants. The feedback received is invaluable to Hilldale Board members and colleagues. We are using this to improve our services for tenants.
We have published the scores and a summary of our improvement plan on the Performance and Satisfaction webpage and within our Annual Tenant Report. We have also published a summary of our approach and the questionnaire we used
