Phil has spent all his career working in the social housing sector.
He graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 1995 with a BA (Hons.) in Housing & Development and has since attained a Post – Graduate Diploma in Housing Practice.
He worked for Wigan Council / Wigan & Leigh Homes from 1996 – 2020 and has covered several roles including Area Housing Manager as well as Service Manager posts including Voids & Lettings, Estate Management and Enforcement – Rents & Anti-Social Behaviour.
In March 2020, he joined Hilldale and is responsible for helping to deliver new supported housing schemes that will make excellent homes for our exceptional residents.
