Ros is an experienced property professional whose career has included commercial and social purpose roles within the housing association sector and latterly as a consultant.
Her professional achievements include winning four national awards as a consultant to a Local Authority for its commercial ventures- PRS, Sales and Shared Ownership. She was a key player in establishing and building the subsidiary’s brand which reflected its commercial and social value and ethos. Ros was also involved in setting up the first PRS business in volume for London based Housing Association. She specialises in business transformation, whether that’s turning around underperforming teams up to become high achievers, or leading organisational restructures which resulted in a loss-making business becoming sustainable.
Ros has a strong track record in influencing and effective communication as part of her leadership style. She is a motivated leader who applies innovation and creativity to the identification and sourcing of solutions. This enables her to bring a robust and balanced approach to board meetings, offering challenge and support to the executive team and creating healthy debate in the boardroom.
