The sole purpose of our existence is to provide high quality housing to people with complex needs, including learning disabilities and mental health. We only provide homes for people who need help to live more independently within the community, who would otherwise have difficulty finding a home elsewhere. We offer homes for life, or for as long as tenants need and want our services.
The Wirral - New Property Development
Hilldale is delighted to announce a new specialist supported housing property on The Wirral. This property consists of 10 bed self-contained apartments and is fully commissioned by the Local Authority. It will be delivered in partnership with the Care Provider, BNR, who are already operating other supported housing schemes in the area.
Macclesfield - New Property Development
Hilldale is delighted to announce a new specialist supported housing property in Macclesfield. This property is a 10 bed self-contained apartment block and is fully commissioned by Cheshire East Local Authority. It will be delivered in partnership with the Care Provider, SIS, who we are already operating with on other supported housing schemes.

Report a Repair
For out of hours emergencies, (only for repairs that are a risk to health or safety, or if left until the following morning would cause further damage to the property), it is still the same number. Our on-call team will deal with any repairs that cannot wait until the following day. Please do not email emergency repair requests to us, as they will not be read or responded to until the next normal working day.
Tenant Satisfaction Surveys
We carry out Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) surveys to better understand how tenants feel about their homes, neighbourhoods, and the services we provide. These surveys give tenants a direct voice in shaping how we work, ensuring that their experiences and priorities drive our decisions. The feedback helps us identify what we’re doing well, where we need to improve, and how we can be more transparent and accountable. By listening and responding to tenants through TSM surveys, we strengthen trust, improve services, and make sure tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
