Every year we ask our tenants how satisfied they are with their home and Hilldale. The questions are set by the regulator of social housing and every housing association in England are required to report the outcomes.

Tenant Satisfaction Surveys

We carry out Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) surveys to better understand how tenants feel about their homes, neighbourhoods, and the services we provide. These surveys give tenants a direct voice in shaping how we work, ensuring that their experiences and priorities drive our decisions. The feedback helps us identify what we’re doing well, where we need to improve, and how we can be more transparent and accountable. By listening and responding to tenants through TSM surveys, we strengthen trust, improve services, and make sure tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
