We work with lots of partners to provide a safe and secure home to our tenants. Recently, one of our partners, who is a Money Carer, reached out to tell us of their positive experience on behalf of a tenant they are supporting.
Money Carers provides money management services to vulnerable adults. They had been working alongside our Income Manager, Helen Warburton.

As Hilldale’s Income Manager, Helen manages tenants rent and service charge accounts. She is responsible for ensuring tenants are charged correctly and fairly for the services they receive. Helen is also supported by her Income Officer, Ellie Nugent. Together, they also support tenants and their advocates to pay their rent and service charges.
